Our team of Supervisors conduct regular checks on all premises, these will be both scheduled and unannounced. Any issues found would be dealt with immediately. We make service calls to our customers and regular meetings can also be arranged upon request.
All applicants responding to our adverts undergo a telephone assessment, those shortlisted will then be interviewed in person by a Supervisor. Successful applicants then undergo a minimum of 2 weeks supervised on-job training.
Absolutely not. We provide our own cleaning materials and equipment, all of which are of the highest quality (and for which we hold the relevant COSHH regulations). We can even supply you with related products such as high quality Toilet rolls, Hand soap, Hand towels etc
Yes we are accredited members of the Alcumus Safe Contractor scheme. Robust Health & Safety procedures are in place and reviewed regularly. COSHH regulations are available for all cleaning products used.
We can provide cover to ensure your building is secured in the event of every eventuality including special functions, early/late meetings and contractors requiring access.
